Changing menus to complement the seasons…
Every season we change our menus so that we can include the freshest and tastiest produce to delight our guests. This season’s new menus are available now! Executive Chef, Karen Poynter says: “I am passionate about local British produce and including lively seasonal ingredients in my menus. The English Asparagus season is under way and I have some delicious recipes to tempt you!”

Karen and her team have also produced a ‘One Hundred Mile Menu’ where all of the ingredients have been ethically sourced from within 100 miles of each venue. Delicious and environmentally friendly!
